Re: Day 7 No weight loss, Should I be worried? | | I haven't been the strictest.. i've had a couple of 0 carb hot dogs, 0 carb pastrami, 0 carb soda... I maily eat hamburger with with about an ounce of cheese or bacon and eggs or pork chops and cauliflour.. first two inductions I did, I did not allow myself 0 carb soda, hot dogs, pastrami or even gum.. i only drank water and was very strict.. this time i wanted to see how my body would react eating the stuff.. I have not went over 25 carbs and I never really weighed the first two times until after induction, but the difference is I felt like i was losing weight.. I don't feel like i'm losing weight and I don't feel like i'm in ketosis... i have not gone over 2,000 cals on any day either even though i'm not really watching my cals... Current weight 264..same weight I started at...
I just checked a ketosis stick and i'm in between the darkest two.. |
