 On Atkins 4 weeks, new to ADBB :) | |
Hi fellow Low Carbers!  I've been on my diet for 4 weeks now, I'm just beginning my 4th week actually. I'm kind of on extended induction, and I find that this is going really well. I'm really pleased at how well I've done, just last week I lost 3 pounds. I'm looking forward to hearing from and talking to fellow low carbers and giving and receiving support for this ongoing challenge! Hope to meet some really nice people soon! Thanks for reading!
