Hi all, My names Kayleigh i'm 18 years of age and started the atkins diet 8 days ago. I'm currently a size 14UK and would love to be size 10UK. I'm going on holiday in 3 weeks and desperately want to loose a stone by the time i go away and just wondered if you could give me any advice?? Thanks xx  |
