So how is it going? Are you losing fine? Feeling good? Drinking all your water and taking supplements?

I think you can add more fat some days as it will help you with your ketosis but going to OWL is not going to necessarily fix that. You will just have to think a bit about your menu here and there. You may just need a little bit butter or mayo or oil at times. Except for nuts the foods you add on OWL are mostly carb foods so you need to work on that fat in indution.
I would also work in some veggies. You are not getting enough veggies most days (remember 2/3 of your carbs should come from veggies) So this will be something else to work on.

I did think it looked pretty good though.

Moving up to OWL at this point is fine. You will work in some more veggies (but I think you need to do that anyways). So why not start there. And see how you feel. Did you lose well on induction? I see from our ticker that you do not have a lot to lose so starting that climb may be good now.
