Re: What's your exercise routine like? | | I do weights 2-3 times a week, and cardio 6 days a week (every day except Saturday). The cardio is either (a) 45 minutes on the Cybex elliptical; (b) 30 minutes of Stairmaster (fitness routine) or (30) 30 minutes of HIIT on the Stairmaster. I mostly do (c) as I find it gives me the best workout in the shortest amount of time. |
