Re: My new mini goal | | That's my goal, and what I will work for. Don't ever tell anyone that essentially their goals arent going to happen, it's like a kick in the gut. If I said I want to be at my goal weight by then thats one thing. All my goal is a little under 4 lbs a week, which with the proper diet and excercise plan is possible, difficult but possible. Atleast it's a goal, and I am going to try and make it rather than sit and say who cares what the scale says. It's not the date...or the amount it's the principal for me of saying hey this is what I want...and I am going to do everything in my power to get there...and lets see if it can be done in a month.
