Re: Planning to restart, after messing up for a while- review my menu pls | | From doing this for two weeks, I'd split up your veggies throughout the day instead of only two meals. I add mushrooms to my eggs, a cup salad at lunch, another at dinner, then other veggies spread out.
This controls my energy level a bit better, IMHO.
