Re: Questions that YOU can answer???? | | My advice would be to do it by the book. This would mean follow the plan and add exercise. But in my experience exercise will not necessarily speed up anything. It will make you feel better. It will build and maintain your muscles while you lose fat, it will reshape and tone your body and because you have more muscles exercise will in the long run help you improve metabolism so you can better maintain your lower weight when you get there.
