Re: What's your exercise routine like? | | I cycle 17 miles/hour for 20 minutes 5 or 6 days per week. I walk with a friend at lunch most weekdays. Recently I've been trading walking 3miles for the cycling 2 days/week. This summer I'm going to add swimming/kayaking and hope to add in more walking (I'm planning to get a puppy next month  )
