I don't know if you have Folgers coffe where you are but they make coffee singles. It looks like a tea bag and works like a tea bag but it's coffee. I am used to drinking an ice coffee every morning during summer so I just changed the way I drink it to work with atkins. I use the folgers singles and a tablespoon of heavy cream. I don't like splenda so I don't use it and I am slowly getting used to coffe with no sugar.
