Re: OWL Rung 3 where to go from here! | | I stick to only almonds and sunflower seeds -- cashews cause me to crave sweets and you can only have a very few of them....you can have 28 almonds (I usually have 14 because I'm full after that many) and you can have 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds -- that is a lot of chewing!!! |
