Two things come to mind along with the mention of the processed foods...veggies and veggies. You need more veggies. If things are tight with the budget, there's always canned green beans or the cheap frozen broccoli, cauliflower, etc. If you switch out the processed foods for fresh veggies in your shopping cart, it'll be a lot healthier. Maybe time is a pressure for you? Precook things ahead of time for left overs to make lettuce "sandwiches", slice and dice veggies and keep cream cheese or cheese chunks on hand with some olives. But I would love to see you find more veggies and spread them out through the day instead of all at one time and call it good.
