It is very important if you are losing weight to do toning exercises. I really don't want the fatty loose skin wobbling on my arms like I still weigh 216 when I weigh 130. I have much more stamina and energy and can bench 30 pounds more then I could before the start of atkins. If the person above is losing energy fast something must be missing from their daily diet. I feel better then I ever have in my whole life.
