planned menu 4 induction | | could someone please check my first 2 days thanks. im planning my first 2 weeks b4 i start. but im struggling. isit expensive? Dinner 0.5 cup(115g) broccoli (2.9) 1 chicken breast (0) 15ml Elmlea double cream (0.2) 60g tesco mature chedder cheese (0.6) 2 tblspoons chives (0.3) 115g cabbage (mash) Snacks 2 eggs (1.2) 60g cheese (0.6) Chicken (0) Drinks 2 litres water Day Two Breakfast 2 boiled eggs (0.2) Lunch Lettuce Wraps (2 lettuce leaves)(0.9) (Tuna(0), 2 Tablespoons Mayo(0), 40g Tesco mature cheddar cheese (0.4).
