THANX EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............IM GLAD ITS 5 LBS LOST AND NOT 5 LBS GAINED, JUST ISNT WHAT I HAD LAST TIME IN LOSING, LETS SHOW U WHAT I DO EACH DAY........BREAKFAST IS A CUP OF COFFEE WITH SPENDA...THEN A ADKINS SHAKE OR 2 EGGS AND BACON, THEN ROUND LUNCH IS USALLY A BURGER PATTY AND SLICE BLOCK SHARP CHEESE OR OTHER MEAT FROM SUPPER THE NIGHT BEFORE....SUPPER TONIGHT WAS A SALAD WITH BROC, TOM....LET, WITH RED VINAGAR, AND GRILLED CHIC BREAST........I DRINK ANYWHERE FROM 64 ++++ OUCHES WATER A DAY OR SUGAR FREE KOOLAID DRINKS, SAME AS BEFORE AND NOTHIN IS MOVING, I STAY ACTIVE ON THE AB LOUNGE, OR WORKIN IN THE YARD ALL DAY........IM 28 YRS OLD, 5'7....START WEIGHT 214, CW IS 209...GOAL WEIGHT 135
