shakes are no-no's on induction -- kool aid is out also....the 64 ounces of water you drink is good - but you should be drinking more if you want to loose the weight.
you won't loose the same as you did before, your body is different, your life is different, your metabolism is different. what "worked" before probably won't work this time. you need to go on the plan strickly and don't eat or drink things that aren't on the acceptable food list.
