For example, when moving up the rungs, cottage cheese appeared to be fine for me. And then a couple of months later, it started turning on me... causing bloating and intense cravings.
One thing's for certain... you're never "finished" doing Atkins. It is a constant work in progress; an ongoing experiment. |
