Besides doing something to take your mind off sweets, what you can do is look for L-glutamine. 500 to 1000 mg of this stuff is what Dr. Atkins recommends for sugar cravings.

Craving chocolate may also indicate a magnesium deficiency. Are you taking any nutritional supplements?
