Re: Induction Acceptable Foods | | hi and welcome Maggie -- it sounds like you are on your way to a heathier new you! Stick to the plan as its written, as Liv suggested, read the book - the more knowledge you have the easier your journey will go.
Drink plenty of water - 64 ounces of pure (nothing added) water daily minimum - start some form of exercise immediately, Dr. Atkins said it was mandatory - so NO excuses!! Eat only foods from the acceptable food list and make sure you are taking supplements described in the book.
There are a lot of new challenges starting on the 1st of the month - some are exercise challenges others are not - it's a great way to get involved, meet new friends and commit yourself to something healthy! Check them out.
