Re: Newbie | | I started the Atkins Diet about 2 weeks ago. I've been having quite a time with it. I was on it for about 3 months a couple years ago, and i lose quite a bit of weight. Now, it won't budge! I've tried everything had the book by my side, even posted a few things on the forum.
Cut out the diet pepsi, got rid of the caffeine. I do work out, about 30 mins a day suggested by Atkins in his book. I also follow the guidelines by the "T". I was just wondering if the Atkins diet is good for everyone? Maybe my body isn't reacting to it like it should be.
I'm frustrated, and for almost being at the end of induction, and not losing barely any weight and even gaining a pound, you all must know how frustrating that must be!
