Re: sample menu | | Megs is right - you need to plan meals around your preferences not someone elses - this is a learning experience and a life changing way of eating so what someone else eats might not be for you.
You can look at other people's menus and see if there are any foods in particular you would like to eat but just looking at the acceptable food list and making your own choices is the best way to plan your meals.
