Breakfast : an egg and a handful of mince (plain mince, with bits of onion.)
snack: big celery stick
Lunch: 5 small chick thighs with butter (I know XD Im a pig.)
Dinner: 5 thin lamb slices, and the rest of my needed vege carbs.
