down 6 lbs........and feeling great, im wide awake after only 4 to 6 hours of sleep.......wasnt hungry this morning , ate tuna with mayo and SUGAR FREE CARB FREE RELISH for lunch, supper will be hamburger pattys with melted cheese, no veggies tonight, gonna jump start this considerin a drink a little liguer each each((((clear that is))) with diet sodas.....thanx everyone, in due time will be a life time change for good this hopfully, wendy, by the way where is everyone from,would love to meet someone round here to hang out with and excercise with.......byron georgia here
