Cigarette smoking, while being absolutely terrible for you, actually aids weight loss. Stress does not.
I think the best indicator of weight loss for guys who are active is inches. Are you clothes feeling any different? Do yourself a favor and get a tape measure and some ketostix (so you can be sure you're actually in ketosis). |
