Re: sample menu | | OK, what you want to do is have your current menu be as close to your old menu as possible... you don't want to pull a 180 and completely have to rethink everything you eat...
So out of your list there, you can have:
cheese, chicken, salad, bacon, mayo and I'm sure you use to eat other things that were legal mixed in with the bad stuff... just find those items and start with those... you can add new legal items as you discover new things that you like to eat...
