Choose foods on the low end of the glycemic index - that will help stabilize your blood sugars and allow you to continue to loose weight. Check out pages 78, 84 and 92 in the DANDR book -- also eat foods low on the glycemic load chart - pages 83 and 84. I got this information from Sherri on my first post here on the diabetic forum. |
