Cheese sauce...omigod stop me! | | Haha - dunno if this has been posted before, but I accidentally stumbled on cheese-sauce-in-a-minute the other night, fabulous so far on: cauliflower, broccoli, and swordfish. Found myself eating it with a spoon when my kids weren't looking. Simple - in a microwaveable cup: 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar (I used Cabot Seriously Sharp pre-grated) 1/4 heavy cream
Microwave 1 minute, 70% power (be sure to watch it so it doesn't boil over)
Pour over veggies, meats, husband, whatever.... Soooo good. Only make a little or you will eat too much.
