welcome to all the new faces and welcome back to the faces I'm so use to seeing!! I'm so excited to get the new month started. Pink is so right, this challenge is a great way to keep loosing during the month.

I always like to reiterate this - this is a 7 day a week challenge - we don't have days off....we drink PURE WATER -- ice is the only allowable addition to your water glass. I have a 30 ounce jug that has a lid with straw attached that I drink out of everyday (I actually have 3 identical jugs thanks to 3 hospital stays!). I fill it up first thing in the morning and after I have my cup of decaf with breakfast I start drinking and don't drink anything else until the water is all gone.

when you post your totals make sure you are using the LAST list that was posted and that you cut/paste the entire list - tell us how you're doing, what's going on in your world or just post your total - it's up to you!
