You're at least going to need to support that with Vit E, Evening Primrose Oil, Omega 3-6-9, selenium, capryl and a few others like 4000 mg C daily. If you want the whole list I can go on.
I've been eating a probiotic for 4 weeks now and I still can't eat any cheese without getting sick. I'm talking with the ThreeLac people in the email right now and I think I'm going to take their advise and spend the $225 to get curred. But I believe I've had this for maybe 10 years now so it's deeply rooted in my system and causing all kinds of problems. |
