Re: Day 1 and I just had my breakfast... was it okay? | | Your veggies are a little off. You should be eating 3 cups, with maximum one of these coming from the "Other Vegetables" list. Right now you have a day when you ate 100 g broccoli (a bit more than a cup) and 100 g cauliflower, and a day with no veggies. So work to get those vegetables in, both "salad veggies" and "other veggies".
I agree with Liv---decaff would be a much better option for your morning coffee. Caffeine can raise insulin levels (does not necessarily manifest through cravings) and insulin is a fat storing hormone.
Fridge Raiders, although they are mostly made of meat, are not "legal" as they contain sugar, dextrose, cornflour and rusk.
Are you drinking plenty of water? Taking nutritional supplements? Don't forget to also exercise.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
