Managed to halt the free-fall of last week and had a decent (but not great) weekend.
It's back to basics for me, as well. Planning a trip to Costco tomorrow to stock up on some healthy meats (salmon, turkey, tuna, chicken) and cheese (cheddar).
Did an hour of intense yoga. I've definitely moved up to the "Intermediate" level and would love to be able to do a full headstand by the end of the month. Hmmmm... wonder if that'll happen...?
Also, feels like it's easier for me to stay committed and on plan when I do yoga every day, possibly because then I'm working out my stress w. yoga and not food.

AlaskaGirl~That pudding sounds am-A-ZING! Sorry about the sinuses, but I can commiserate. Mine are playing, up as well. Strangely, doing inverted yoga poses seemed to help. Go figure, right? |
