Good morning all! Its a brand new month and a brand new week. I have officially been on Atkins for a month now, and I have to say that it's gotten so much easier and seeing my progress at the end of the week is great. My goal for this week is to get serious about working out and try to lose at least 4 lbs this week (been averaging 3 lbs). I hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great low carb day!
