Hey everyone! | | I've been trying to get healthy lately and decided Atkins would be the best idea, especially since I suspect I have hypoglycemia (I'm getting tested in a few days). I'm giving myself a little while to read the book and prepare for this WOE, but in the meantime I've started a running program.
