I hate the frequent meals...difficult to do at work and I've found I lose best (most) when I follow the eat when I'm hungry or use the 6 hour rule. I don't want to cut out the pumpkin because I use it to sneak in my carbs and flax. I need both to lose.
I'm going in to work this morning fasting and my coworker will check my blood. Then, I'll have shrimp alfredo with spaghetti squash and I'll have her test it again in a couple of hours? That should give us a better idea, right? |
