Re: No Interest in Food, Recipes, and Menus | | The interesting thing for me, meal-wise, is how eating this way since March has lowered the bar in what gets me really excited. For example, last night I made taco-in-a-bowl with seasoned ground beef, cream cheese, salsa and shredded lettuce. It was heavenly because it was different. 6 months ago, that meal would have been very "Meh" in my repertoire of Chinese food, pizza, fast food, etc. In other words, while I'm eating much differently/less/better than I was before, when I do eat, it is much more exciting and enjoyable.
