Thanks, APanthesilia!! I can remember the old fat me having blood sugar issues too!! I have no choice but to continue to be dedicated because I've lost too much weight to have to do it all again!!! Before this WOE, I fed myself carbs all day to avoid the crashes, horrible carbs, Life Saver breath mints ALL THE TIME, Coke, MelloYello, candy bars, chips. Junkoholic here! I just grabbed whatever out of the vending machines at work. No more!! Pork rinds are the only legal food in the machine and there are probably 40-50 things stocked in it!! BBQ pork rinds just don't do it for me!

No glaring answers whatsoever today!!! My fasting blood sugar first thing before breakfast was 84. My girlfriend told me that was absolutely perfect. I didn't have a severe crash today like yesterday. Ate some different foods today. I ate lunch at noonish....I had tuna and mayo and cucumber slices and ranch dressing. I grazed on that for 45 minutes or so. By 3 pm, I was feeling down, sluggish, mental fog, a little stupid, not all there but I could walk and it was nothing like the crash the day before. We tested again and my blood sugar was 87.

What the heck??? What else could mimick low blood sugar symptoms? We were shocked. It wasn't bad today, my speech wasn't slurred but I expected it to be somewhat low. I wonder if it's my blood pressure. I guess I'll take the BP monitor to work tomorrow and check it throughout the day. That's easy enough...with no blood involved! I'm still not completely convinced there isn't a low blood sugar issue but I feel like I have no proof to back up my theory!
