Hi Carol, Welcome to ADBB!
Sounds like you have been doing great so far. Induction is great and safe for extended periods but when you get there don't be afraid to move up the rungs either. Some people actually lose faster when they add more veggies and things. I found for me (also in my forties) it was less the additional carbs on the rungs and more the amount of calories I was eating. For way too long I was still eating the same size meals I used to eat without pausing to see if I was really physically hungry. Although we don't count calories, the extra calories from eating when I really didn't need to was stopping my losses. Now I stop before i am full and wait 20 mins, knowing that if I am still really hungry I can eat again. Most times I find myself feeling really full 20 mins later. before you decide you need to stay in Induction for months give this some thought to see if it might work for you too.
