Re: Good and Bad | | I'm not a medical doctor, but consider taking maybe 1/4 teaspoon of bicarb in half a glass of water. Maybe you are suffering from acid reflux. Don't over do it! The sodium in bicarb can raise your blood pressure. If the nausea / pain continues I'd suggest to visit your doctor. Be prudent. It takes many years to pack on the pounds, and quite a long time to drop the weight.
