Default Help! I can't make it through the weekends

I have been very strong during the weeks with atkins. I have had no issues with sweets either. The only problem is that when I come to the weekends, I seem to not get through because we "go" places.
1st weekend. Went to my grandmas ate everything that I thought that I could have and there was a broc/cauli salad that I had, verified what was in it, and gained 2lbs back then drank tons of water and lost it plus some. I have lost 13lbs on induction except the weekends are giving me trouble. 2nd weekend-went to my grandma's for the weekend and she made meat, potatoes, and green beans, another meal was spaghetti that was already made because I didn't get a chance to talk to her about it yet. So I didn't eat a lot that weekend, but I had to eat, but MAN now I am having a hard time getting through this week and drinking tons of water and gained 5lbs back so far, but it is also that time of the month for me, (yeah). This is why I think that since I had some "other carbs" then I didn't react as well during PMS.

Whew, Now any suggestions about going places on the weekends and people don't know about that I'm doing this. I am going to my in-laws this weekend and there are a lot of people staying there as well as drinking. How do you get through this? I mean I don't expect people to cater to me, but I have to eat something?
