Re: Gained move up a Rung or not | | Don't think of it as anything you are doing wrong. You are just fact finding right now. Since it is TOM and since things are a bit unsure. I suggest staying on 35 carbs for rung 2 to see what happens. It is quite possible you have hit your CCLL but let it go another week. If you lose again you know you are OK adding more carb. If you do not lose or you gain you may have to cut down to 30.
