Re: It's the thought that counts! | | When I first started this WOE, I cleaned my desk of 'emergency food' & snacks...ramen noodles, granola bars, candy, etc. I gave it all to a co-worker, then felt bad about it thinking I was poisoning her!
My instructor at my night course hands out boxes of smarties as 'prizes'...her waist is the size of my left thigh...I accept them & give them away, its easier than explaining.
...sugar, sugar, its everywhere!
