Help! | | I've been doing really well for 5 days so far. Absolutely NOTHING off of the diet! However, last night, my husband and I went to a social event and they had tons of snacks there. I was really hungry, and was very unwise to not bring anything to eat. I ate about four honey-roasted peanuts that were covered in sugar. I'm not sure if that will affect my weight loss much, or will it? I am definitely not going to do it again, but I am freaking out. I don't want it to take another week to get to back where I am, and get back into ketosis!
