Hello!
I fell off the wagon and I was doing great..lost almost 15 during the first couple of weeks of induction. Thennn I hit a slick spot, job was getting stressful, I quit and changed jobs. Then I just didnt care. I gained back about 10 of those pounds. AARGH I was so mad at myself.
Then I got a email from this site saying...where are you?? And wow that made me feel good. I do need some support and I like to come here for it. I am starting fresh today..day one ..made myself some eggs with butter and I'm not going back this time. I lost alot of weight during my bout with anxiety... a whopping 120 lbs in about a year..yeah I was starving myself which made anxiety worse. I am glad that I have all of you to talk to and that we are all going through the same things together.
