Hi everyone,
I was pretty regular on the board about a year and a half ago, got myself all the way down to 175 pounds (lost about 50) and then fell off and have gained it all back and more.
I'm at the point of considering surgery, but figured I would give Atkins another shot. This time I have a supportive significant other in my corner who would like to lose 35-50 pounds himself. I started on Monday, and I was down 5.8 pounds this morning. I have taken measurements and before photos that I will post somewhere down the line. Here's to a successful and final journey into this WOE.
