When I first started I lost 19lbs. in the first 2 weeks but it was almost all water. I was extremely bloated because of my diet and some underlying health issues. My hands and feet were even slightly swollen not to mention I was almost 80lbs. over my goal at the time. Thank GOD I found this board and started paying attention to the regulars that post here.
