I love reading about success stories on the boards so I thought I'd post my own.
I've just finished a VERY
clean induction and have lost 13 pounds and lord knows how many inches (haven't measured yet)!!! Whoohoo! I feel absolutely amazing and truly love this WOE.
For those starting out, it works! Trust the plan and everything else falls into place. The headaches, cravings & weakness WILL subside. Support from the boards has pushed me to stay on plan.
Not feeling quite confident enough to post pics yet, maybe I will once I hit the first mini-goal.
