Yes. If you whip heavy cream and sweeten it with a "legal" sweetener of your choice, then it is allowed. However, since you admit having an addiction to sweet stuff, I would recommend you to break the habit and don't have dessert for a while. At this point in your "diet", desserts might trigger cravings, which could lead to cheating and/or overeating.

You probably know this, but you should first ground them. Then you can sprinkle them on salads, add them to a mock danish, use them to make crackers... But check the "14-day Induction" forum first, where there is a sticky thread explaining how fiber supplements should be used during Induction.
