Re: Started Atkins Again | | well yea i did, but the thing is.. I dunt really have much of Crystal Lit.. and could you please review my menu for today.. this is my second time to go on Atkins.. it works wonders for me.. but this time.. im afraid i wont lose a thing..
Breakfast :
2 Eggs
half tomato and half peper
3 forks of feta cheese
1/2 packet Crystal Light ( I checked it said no carbs, no calories but there is Aspartam, that's why i only took half of the packet)
Lunch:
Broclie and cucmbers
Edam cheese
2 tender lunch meats
the other half of the left packet of crystal lit
Dinner:
4 Bolied Frankfurt susage
Edam cheese
Ps: I don't really exceed the 3 oz of cheese |
