Re: On 14 day induction, please check my menu | | Ok just wanted to make an update, last week (to today) I weighed 196, today I weigh 191 . Its not a whole lot of weight, but at least its something.
Three days ago I was 192 and now (three days later) I lost just 1 pound. I haven't been cheating, in fact I am closer to 10 carbs a day than I am to 20. Here's what my current menu has been:
Breakfast:
3 Eggs
2 Turkey Bacon Strips
3 Glasses of water
Lunch: Two 1/2 pound burger patties
Spoon of Mayo
Chicken breast sliced into strips fried in Olive Oil
2 Glasses of water
Dinner:
Chicken dashed lightly with lemon pepper
Turkey Pattie
1 egg
2 or 3 glasses of water
thats just an example (I am going to get some bok choy in the mix after payday)
I am also taking: 3 Fiber Pills (Psyllum husk, no added sugars or anything) , about 5 fish oil caps, 3 Tonalin-CLA (safflower Oil) , 1 Milk Thistle capsule every other day, a daily Multivitamin and L-Tyrosine, Taurine and B-12 . |
