you should be drinking a MINIMUM of 64 ounces of PURE WATER (nothing added) daily - how many ounces are you drinking now? I see you typed 2 glasses of water at lunch but 6 glasses of crystal light -crystal light drinks do not count toward your water intake.

I would suggest you get a copy of the Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) - 2002 edition so you know how to follow the plan, why the plan works and how to make it work the best for you. You can get a copy usually around 5.00 on www.half.com or www.amazon.com.

What fats are you using? Atkins is a low carb/high fat way of eating - during induction you need to ramp up the fats to keep from getting hungry and keep cravings down.
